Mark Oppenheimer is a director of the eLibrary Project. Mark is a member of the Johannesburg Bar and the Bridge Group of Advocates. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a law degree and an honours in philosophy. Mark is passionate about education and has lectured in law and moral philosophy at UCT, Crawford College and Varsity College.

David Ansara is a director of the eLibrary Project. David is also the Coordinator and Company Secretary of the African Loan Market Association, a non-profit trade association of banks and law firms based in Johannesburg. David holds a Masters in Politics from the University of Cape Town and has a strong interest in economic and social development.

Jos Kuper (BSc Hons) is a marketing and research specialist of more than 40 years experience and heads Kuper Research, a consultancy specialising in media, marketing, and socio-political analysis. She is a director of the futurefact survey that has been monitoring the attitudes and values of South Africans since 1998. She has worked intensively on the forces shaping South African society including political risk and stability, class mobility, social inclusion and diversity, and the digital society as it evolves.
